2) Wrong product received
3) Damaged product received
You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on email@example.com, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. In case of above exchanges, you can either get the product replaced, get the voucher code of the same value or get the refund back in your account which will be credited back in 10-15 business days the issue is rectified.
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.

Once we receive the products it will take is 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
